4. Payments
Booking confirmation may require advance payment. Balance payment timelines will be shared according to the service or package selected.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund rules depend on airlines, hotels, visa authorities, transport providers and travel suppliers. Non-refundable services cannot be refunded once booked.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate details, valid documents and correct travel information. Derive World Travel Shop is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
7. Travel Documents
Passport validity, visa requirements, immigration rules and destination entry rules are the responsibility of the traveller. Our team may guide you, but final compliance is the traveller’s responsibility.
